The Naked Gun (2025)

I came into the theater not knowing anything about this except a few of my mutuals saying the is was the funniest thing they’ve seen in a long time. However I thought it was going to witty and thoughtful funny, but instead this was more like the looney tunes. 

I’m not the biggest fan of slapstick humor, but this movie managed to do everything without being tasteless which is impressive for this genre and probably why it earned a lot of good will. 

Unfortunately I cannot earnestly say I recommend this. Maybe something to throw on while you eat, not my kind of cinema :( For 84 mins I’d rather watch 10 episodes of Tom and Jerry
