The Fantastic 4: First Steps (2025)

Finally Marvel has made a movie that is not a complete drab to watch. The story, despite making basically zero sense, is generally well-paced, stands on its own and makes no exhausting reference to the MCU. Despite being entirely predictable at least it’s no-nonsense. 

That said, this movie is still inferior to The Incredibles in every single way. They didn’t even let Pedro Pascal or Jonny Storm show skin? If the director thinks they were making something above thirst traps they are sorely mistaken. Their prudish decisions left Vanessa Kirby carrying this movie entirely on her own which is very disrespectful.
