Nosferatu (2024)

first movie of 2025! watching this movie feels like somewhat of a religious experience. everything from the story to the characters to the cinematography kept me in a trance.

i kept thinking about what it feels like to be so unbelievably depressed/repressed/horny that you summon a demon that brings about a blood plague to a whole city. i was also not expecting the hundred-year-old vampire dick. that was also a surprise. 

anyway, i’m not sure what this movie made me feel, except that it’s bizarre/twisted/dark and i felt drawn to it. maybe that’s how ellen feels too.
