Conclave (2024)

the religious hypocrisy, tribalism, and the ubiquity of politicking and gossip came through, but i did not feel the soul stirring struggle of reconciling what’s loyal to faith with what’s practical. i definitely feel like i would have enjoyed this movie a lot more if i was religious.

the conclusion is that perhaps the only priest i’d enjoy watching is andrew scott.
